We performed a conversion rate optimization for peak performance with focus on usability and with use of their extensive data.
Som things we did:
- Analysis of customer behavior in Google Analytic.
User experience tests were made by recording the actions on the screen and a video of the user when he or she interacts on the website.
- Conceptual development of their inspiration site
- A suggestion of how to solve the problem with how to find the right sizing of the clothing.
- Redesigned the mobile checkout
- Suggestion of changing meta data for product categories to make them more relevant.
